Facebook MCP Server for Restaurants

Facebook MCP server for Claude, Cursor, Codex and any MCP client: connect your agent to FoodPerfect, and it can plan and post to your restaurant's Facebook Page and draft replies to comments and Messenger. Publishing and every reply wait for your approval.

> Connect our restaurant's Facebook Page so you can post there.

● foodperfect - get_connect_link (MCP)(platform: "facebook")
  ⎿ {"authUrl":"https://www.facebook.com/v24.0/dialog/oauth?client_id=…&scope=pages_manage_posts+pages_show_list+…"}

● Here's the login link for your Facebook Page: Connect Facebook
  1. Open the link and log in with the Facebook account that manages the restaurant's Page.
  2. When Facebook asks which Pages to allow, pick the restaurant's Page.

Let me know when you've finished and I'll save the connection so I can post to the Page.

A Facebook comment with its AI draft, waiting for you in the inbox (demo account).

Connect it in three steps

  1. Create an API key. In FoodPerfect, open Settings → API Keys → Create API Key and pick a preset: Read-only, Content operator, Publisher or Full. The key is shown once.
  2. Add the server to your agent. The endpoint is https://mcp.foodperfect.ai/mcp with the header Authorization: Bearer <your key>. See the setup for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code and Codex.
  3. Connect your Page. Your agent calls get_connect_link, you sign in to Facebook and pick the Page, and it saves it with finalize_connection (needs a Full key). Or connect it in the app.

What your agent can do on Facebook

  • Post. create_post with platform: "facebook": a photo post or a carousel of up to 10 pictures, with a caption in your brand's voice and a clear call to visit, book or order.
  • Reuse your Instagram posts. cross_post_to_platforms copies a post to your Page for free; adapt_post_captions rewrites the caption for Facebook.
  • Plan and move. generate_publish_schedule fills your Facebook slots; reschedule_post moves one.
  • Publish or hand over a draft. publish_posts_now after your approval, approve_posts for the scheduled time, or save_posts_to_draft to leave a native draft on your Page that you finish in Facebook.
  • Answer comments and Messenger. list_inbox shows what's waiting, draft_reply writes the answer from your own rules, send_reply sends it once you approve. A comment can also get a private Messenger reply within 7 days.
  • Moderate. moderate_comment hides or unhides a comment at once; deleting one waits for you.

It doesn't run Facebook ads, post to personal profiles or Groups, or read Page insights. See every tool.

What waits for your OK

Publishing now, saving drafts, sending a reply and deleting never run when the agent calls them. The server files a request, you approve it in Settings → Agent Requests, and the server runs it exactly once. Messenger replies follow Meta's windows: 24 hours after the customer's last message, up to 7 days with the human-agent tag.

Approving posts for the schedule needs the posts:approve scope, which only the Publisher and Full presets have. With a Content operator key, every post waits for you in the app.

Pricing

Reads, copying a post and publishing are free. A post with a new image costs $0.48 and an AI-drafted reply $0.005 on the Starter plan, less on bigger plans; failed generations are refunded. Start with $3 of free credit, no card needed. Plans start at $29 a month (excl. tax), and the full plan price is added to your balance. See all plans.

Questions

Is this Meta's Ads MCP server?

No. Meta's Ads MCP server manages ad campaigns. FoodPerfect's server is for your Facebook Page: posts, comments and Messenger. It doesn't create or manage ads.

Do I need a Meta developer app or the Graph API?

No. You sign in to Facebook once through a link FoodPerfect gives you and pick your restaurant's Page. FoodPerfect posts and replies through that connection; your agent only talks to the FoodPerfect MCP server.

Can it post videos or reels to Facebook?

Not today. Facebook posts from FoodPerfect are photo posts and carousels of up to 10 pictures. Reels and videos go to the platforms that take them, such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
