How it works

  1. Connect your accounts. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn. New comments and DMs land in one inbox.
  2. Give it your facts. Hours, location, bookings, menu, allergen policy, delivery, house rules and a sign-off. FoodPerfect can fill them in from your website.
  3. Send, edit or redo. Each message gets a draft in your brand's tone and in the customer's language. Send it as it is, edit it, or ask for a new one ("shorter").

Autopilot for the routine questions

Autopilot is off until you switch it on. Then it answers hours, location, menu and prices, bookings, delivery and catering, and compliments by itself. You can switch off any of those topics.

It sends only when the model is confident and the answer is built from your facts. A reply that mentions a link, phone number, price or other number that isn't in your facts is blocked. Autopilot replies end with a short "replied by our AI assistant" note, which you can turn off.

What always waits for you

  • Complaints, refunds, safety and legal questions and negative messages are flagged for you. No auto-reply is sent.
  • Allergen and medical questions get a draft, but never go out without your OK.
  • LinkedIn comments are draft-only.
  • Old DMs: autopilot answers within 24 hours of the customer's message. After that only you can reply, up to 7 days on Instagram and Facebook.

  • Comments: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (connected through TikTok for Business) and LinkedIn. On Instagram and Facebook you can also answer a comment privately by DM, or hide it.
  • DMs: Instagram and Facebook.
  • Chats: WhatsApp Business, and Telegram groups in beta (drafts only).
  • Reviews: Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews.

Does it reply without me?

Not unless you turn on autopilot. Until then, every reply is a draft that waits for you to send it.

Will it make things up?

It answers only from the facts you gave it. When a question needs something it doesn't know, it writes a short holding reply and marks the message for you.

Which languages does it reply in?

The customer's language. A question in Spanish gets a Spanish answer, in your brand's tone.

Can my AI agent handle the inbox?
