How it works

  1. Connect Google Business Profile and your Facebook Page. Reviews from the last 30 days come in first, then new ones sync every day. Refresh pulls them any time.
  2. Read the draft. Each review gets a reply that thanks the guest and mentions something they actually wrote, in their language.
  3. Send it. The reply goes out as your public owner reply on Google or Facebook.

Bad reviews get a careful draft

For a rating of 3 stars or lower, the draft apologises for what went wrong, never argues with the guest, and invites them to contact you directly. It promises no refund or discount, and it never mentions the star rating.

Those reviews always wait for you, even with autopilot on. Autopilot can answer 4 and 5 star reviews, but only if you switch reviews on in its settings.

How to reply to Google reviews

  • Reply to every review, good and bad. Future guests read your answers.
  • Use one real detail from the review, so it doesn't read like a template.
  • Keep it short: two to four sentences.
  • Take problems offline. Apologise, then invite the guest to contact you.
  • Never share private details or argue in public.

Which review sites does it cover?

Google Business Profile and Facebook Page reviews. Yelp and Tripadvisor aren't supported.

Does it post replies on its own?

Not unless you turn on autopilot and switch reviews on. Even then, it only answers 4 and 5 star reviews. 1 to 3 star reviews, and Facebook recommendations without stars, always wait for you.

Can I reply to a Facebook review twice?

No. Facebook allows one reply per review, so read the draft before you send it.

Can I post to my Google Business Profile too?
